The National Bake Sale Day is on the Cinco de Mayo. Have your baked goods ready to go. This should help fill in the economic gap for the credit crunch. You will need to sell 1500 cup cakes to make up for every $1000 in value your home has gone down. For some of you out their you will be baking a lot of cup cakes. Luckily Americans love to eat too much so you shouldn't have too much trouble trying to sell them.
