If you are getting a Divorce in Arizona you may want to consider using a mediator before talking to an attorney. Mediation is less expensive and less time consuming versus going to court.

You do not need to go to court if your divorce is uncontested in Arizona. Going to court can be a crap shoot if you are getting divorced. You are better off to resolve it on your own then to let a judge figure out your life. For more information visit Uncontested Divorce Arizona or AZMediator.com.

The Chase Branch at Frank LLoyd Wright and 100th street are morons. They closed down my checking account but not all the way that I had requested. I didn't really use the account and it didn't have much money in it anyway. I wrote a $10 check to a friend and they threw in a drawer for god knows how long and decided to cash it months later. This triggered reopening the account in Chase World and overdraft and other junk fees galore. $10 became who knows. I was told that is just how they do it. I would gladly pay the holder of the check $10 but when an account is closed it is closed. I told the bank employee person that I was closing this account and the LLC with it. I did not instruct them to leave it open for the possibility of reopening. I confirmed with another chase branch that they did have the option to permanently close it but didn't. This particular Chase branch did not do this however. When I called back and told them what I discovered they could have cared less. The corporate dance in sued and I told them to have a nice life.
My recommendation is to avoid this Chase Bank branch in Scottsdale at Frank LLoyd Wright and 100th Street. They are liars.

I just sold my Motorola Cliq on eBay. Nobody from tmobile could figure out how to get it to work. What a piece of garbage. I definitely do not recommend this phone. I bought it for $199 and sold it for $285 on eBay. I guess I would only buy one if you want to sell it on eBay otherwise the phone is not very useful.

After two months of trying to get my Motorola cliq with motoblur to work on t-mobile I quit. The damn thing just does not receive calls reliably. I did a test tonight with my old phone and it worked every time. Put the sim card in the Motorola Cliq and it goes to voice mail every time. What a piece of shit. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences ever.
Everything about the phone is terrific other than it does not receive phone calls reliably. I really like android os. Tmobile is a big dumb animal to deal with. I am getting a blackberry 9700 now. I need something reliable.

After two weeks of frustration and no results from t mobile, my Motorola Click still does not work. I do not get inbound calls reliably. They either get an error message or go to voicemail right away. This is too bad because I really do like the phone. The Motoblur feature is great. I use this phone for business and really need something that works.
