Motorola Cliq on Tmobile

Motorola Cliq is a piece of shit. I have t-mobile service. Do not get this phone. It sucks.

My letter to Gary Harper at Channel 3 on your side.

I watch your show regularly and love how you can get to the heart of the matter in getting issues resolved with for consumers. I recently purchased a Mortorola cliq from t-mobile with a two year contract. I have been with T-mobile and their previous entities such as voicestream for nearly 20 years. My new phone is great except for one problem. It sends the majority of inbound calls straight to voicemail. I have been on the phone with them for hours and days trying to resolve it. They say they will call me back and they never do. I have received a replacement phone from them and it still does the same thing. I have asked that they take the phone back and I’ll just use my old phone. I have asked that they trade for a different model. They say I would need to pay for a new one. I’m extremely frustrated to the point of just going to a new carrier. To pay the penalty of $200 and the loose the phone and accessories totaling nearly $300. You would think they would try to keep a customer. I just don’t get it.

I pay nearly $100 a month for a cell phone. I don’t think it’s too much to ask that it can receive phone calls. Do you have any recommendations or do you think that you can help?

Credit Card Debt Settlement Company

Getting behind on your credit cards doesn't give you many good options. Debt Negotiation can be a good option other than filing for bankruptcy. A good debt settlement company can help you settle your debt for 40-60 cents on the dollar in most cases. Do your homework on researching a debt negotiation company. There are alot of scams out there. Make sure that they are a member of asba.

The Official Review of the Palm Pre

I have been an avid Palm products user for over a decade. I think I have had them all. I was really excited to see the new Palm Pre. Actually from everything I read about it I wanted one. My Palm 680 is ready for retirement.

To be honest I was pleasantly disappointed with it. The keyboard sucks to be straight about it. I do a lot of typing and texting and this thing just wont do. It's too small and the top row doesn't have enough room for your fingers to operate cleanly. I hope they make the next one more keyboard friendly. I really doesn't need to slide out. There is nothing wrong with the design of the 6 and 7 series of the Palm Treo line. That design is just fine.

Consumer Dave Rates The Palm Pre with two thumbs down.

Payless Car Rental Disaster

I recently flew into Phoenix and need a care to rent. I had rented a car online through Orbitz. Everything seemed to be ok until I got to the car rental counter and I was informed that I need my proof of insurance with me. I have rented dozens of cars without needing to provide this documentation. Needless to say I ditched Payless Car Rental and went over to Alamo Car Rental. I ended up getting a better deal at Alamo anyway. I called Payless to make sure that my reservation was cancelled. I did not need to pay for two cars. I look at my confirmation from Payless Car Rental and did not see anywhere on the confirmation that I needed to have my auto insurance policy on me. I called Payless and told them of the error. The dip shit on the phone said that it is on their website. I told him that I didn't rent the car on the website and that they should tell you to bring your documentation with you. He had no comment. I think I was connected to a call center in India.

To Payless: Update how you altert people. You are losing business.

What is Mediation? - Arizona

Mediation is one of the fastest growing fields in dispute resolution. Mediation is an alternative to settling disputes without going to court. Going to court is not only expensive but it can drain you emotionally. Some states now require some cases to go to mediation first before litigation.

HomePath Mortgage vs. FHA Mortgage

A HomePath Mortgage may be a better option than an FHA mortgage. A HomePath Mortgage only requires 3% down whereas an FHA mortgage can require 3.5% down. There is no PMI insurance on a HomePath Mortgage. An FHA mortgage has mortgage insurance as well as a 1.5% funding fee up front ouch. There is no appraisal required for a HomePath loan.

Cobblestone Auto Spa in Scottsdale puts on the hard sell

The Cobblestone Car Wash in Scottsdale really puts on the hard sell. I recently had my oil changed at the Cobblestone Auto Spa in Scottsdale at the Frank Lloyd Wright and Hayden intersection. After surviving the attack of the service writers who are more like used car salesman, I ended up with an oil change that was over $90. The original special coupon that I brought in was $24.99. What a joke, it is like playing the shell game with those guys. The whole process there is very uncomfortable anyway. You got the windshield guy all over you wanting fix the chips in your winshield and the bozo trying to sell you detailing services. Very annoying, they need to teach these guys how to sell. I don't need the hard sell at the car wash. If I want to be hassled by annoying hard sell telemarketers I would just stay home.

I will never use Cobblestone to have my car washed or my oil changed ever again.

Is Credit Collection Services Commercial A Scam?

I just got a collection notice from Credit Collection Services Commerical for an alleged unpaid American Family Insurance Bill. The funny thing is that I changed insurance carriers in July 08 and they are claiming that the charge is for September 08. I even got a check back from American Family because I overpaid. So is this very official letter from Credit Collection Services Commercial for real or is it a scam to get money out of you. The letter has a crappy warningnotice.com lettering around the body of the letter.

The people on the phone there weren't very helpful either.
