T-Mobile Motorola Cliq Review

After two months of trying to get my Motorola cliq with motoblur to work on t-mobile I quit. The damn thing just does not receive calls reliably. I did a test tonight with my old phone and it worked every time. Put the sim card in the Motorola Cliq and it goes to voice mail every time. What a piece of shit. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences ever.

Everything about the phone is terrific other than it does not receive phone calls reliably. I really like android os. Tmobile is a big dumb animal to deal with. I am getting a blackberry 9700 now. I need something reliable.

T-Mobile Motorola Cliq

After two weeks of frustration and no results from t mobile, my Motorola Click still does not work. I do not get inbound calls reliably. They either get an error message or go to voicemail right away. This is too bad because I really do like the phone. The Motoblur feature is great. I use this phone for business and really need something that works.

Motorola Cliq on Tmobile

Motorola Cliq is a piece of shit. I have t-mobile service. Do not get this phone. It sucks.

My letter to Gary Harper at Channel 3 on your side.

I watch your show regularly and love how you can get to the heart of the matter in getting issues resolved with for consumers. I recently purchased a Mortorola cliq from t-mobile with a two year contract. I have been with T-mobile and their previous entities such as voicestream for nearly 20 years. My new phone is great except for one problem. It sends the majority of inbound calls straight to voicemail. I have been on the phone with them for hours and days trying to resolve it. They say they will call me back and they never do. I have received a replacement phone from them and it still does the same thing. I have asked that they take the phone back and I’ll just use my old phone. I have asked that they trade for a different model. They say I would need to pay for a new one. I’m extremely frustrated to the point of just going to a new carrier. To pay the penalty of $200 and the loose the phone and accessories totaling nearly $300. You would think they would try to keep a customer. I just don’t get it.

I pay nearly $100 a month for a cell phone. I don’t think it’s too much to ask that it can receive phone calls. Do you have any recommendations or do you think that you can help?
