Tri City Property Management has horrible customer service

Most times I need to contact Tri City Property Management in Phoenix Arizona and leave a message they never call you back. I live in the Scottsdale Vista Townhomes in Scottsdale. You have to keep calling and calling and hope that you get someone on the phone. I had a matter I needed to discuss with them recently. I have called them three times and I have still not heard from them. When I told the receptionist the situation, she didn't seem to phased about it. She said that seems par for the course and that she has been hearing this complaint a lot lately. It wasn't even a big deal for her. It sounds like it happens all the time. I could tell you about the numerous other times that this has occoured. If it were my business I would be embarrassed to have such horrible customer service. Call me back the next day. Never getting a call is a disgrace to the customer service industry. They do not seem to concerned however. If this is the biggest problem in my life I would be satisfied however.

I live at Emerald Scottsdale. We also have Tri-City as our property management company. Not only do they not return emails or phone calls, but they have a very controlling management style. They allow only 2 min. for homeowners to speak at meetings, fight us tooth & nail over having an onsite maintenance person, and shoot out an extraordinary amount of violation letters about things so minor as a piece of vine on a common wall. Oh, and they often times send the violation letters out to the wrong homeowner. If they can't get the address right, what else are they screwing up I wonder?
I would love to hear other comments on Tri-City Property Management in Phoenix. Our rep is Ginny Gapen.

I absolutely abhor this company. I live in Chandler and have had to deal with them for 8 years. We are sent completely vague letters and when I email to ask for an explanation I either don't get a response or the response is rude and defensive. My rep is Dawn Haskin and she is just awful to deal with and a constant headache.

I too have Dawn Haskins for our HOA. I was just made aware that our fees are going up $7.00 per month in Jan. This is disturbing to me since we have NO parks, NO playground of any kind and NO pool,etc. Our HOA doesn't have a neighborhood party or any thing for us. OH wait, we all get the letters about petty stuff. I guess that's where all of our money is going.

They are the worst people on the planet. They are rude, not helpful and completely mis-manage our money. AND when they realize that they wre going to run out of money- they expected us to deal with it by raising our fees to cover their butts. My rep is Ginny Gapen and she is rude, condesending and not at all helpful.
